Located high on a hill in the heart of the lush Willamette Valley lies one of Oregon's premier wineries. For the ideal blend of picturesque scenery, award-winning wines, excellent cuisine and relaxing atmosphere, be sure to consider one of our event sites to host your special event. We have three banquet rooms as well as an outdoor facility that can be rented individually or combined with a banquet room.

We are proud to have Willaby's Catering as our designated food service provider. Willaby's will gladly accommodate a variety of menus, themes and services.

Great Room 350 capacity

  • Monday-Thursday
    $350.00 (8am-5pm)
    $700.00 (5pm-11pm)
  • Friday
    $1600.00 (9 hours)
  • Saturday
    $2200.00 (9 hours)
  • Sunday
    $1400.00 (9 hours)

Peak season weekends require a minimum occupancy of 125 guests and food/beverage Minimums. Minimums for food is equal to Hor d' oeuvre menu #1 and 4 cases of wine.

Founders Room 120 capacity

  • Monday-Thursday
    $250.00 (8am-5pm)
    $500.00 (5pm-11pm)

  • Friday-Sunday
    $850.00 (9 hours)

Peak Season requires a food and beverage minimum. Food minimum is equal to Hor d oeuvre's menu #1 and Beverage is equal to two cases of wine.

Founders Room / Board Room & Decks

Board Room 40 capacity

  • Monday-Thursday
    $150.00 (8am-5pm or 5pm-11pm)

Tables and Chairs not included with deck & grounds

All room rentals include basic reception set up, tear down, tables, chairs and Hospitality Associate.

Extended facility use is available for a fee of $100.00 per hour and must be reserved 60 days prior to your event. If you choose to have your wedding ceremony here, there may be additional preparation necessary for our staff.
