Great Room 350 capacity
Peak season weekends require a minimum occupancy of 125 guests and food/beverage Minimums. Minimums for food is equal to Hor d' oeuvre menu #1 and 4 cases of wine.
Founders Room 120 capacity
Peak Season requires a food and beverage minimum. Food minimum is equal to Hor d oeuvre's menu #1 and Beverage is equal to two cases of wine.

All room rentals include basic reception set up, tear down, tables, chairs and Hospitality Associate.
Extended facility use is available for a fee of $100.00 per hour and must be reserved 60 days prior to your event. If you choose to have your wedding ceremony here, there may be additional preparation necessary for our staff.
