In the interim we invite you to make use of our Technical Support Forum during beta testing for Fiesta and Secret of the Solstice. Please feel free to post any issues you experience while playing Fiesta and/or Secret of the Solstice that are related to running the game on your system. This will help us to identify issues and provide potential solutions for issues that players may encounter while trying to download, install and play the game.

If you are still having issues with your Fiesta and/or Secret of the Solstice installation after checking the FAQ’s and Forums, or if you are experiencing other technical difficulties related to the game, please contact us at: support@outspark.com
We ask that when submitting your issues you provide the following System information in your email: Operating System, Processor, Memory, DirectX version, Display Device, and Display Device Memory.
You may easily obtain this information by checking the DirectX Diagnostic Tool: From your Windows desktop, go to Start>Run>type in “dxdiag” with no quotes>Select OK. This will start the Tool. When it starts, look on the System Tab to find Operating System, Processor, Memory, and DirectX version. Look on the Display Tab to find Display Device and Display Device Memory.
Please include the above information along with a description of the issue (Installation issue, Graphical glitches, Game crashes, etc.), what you are doing, what happens and any errors that you are receiving while playing the game. This will help us to find a solution to any issues you may encounter.
